Tom's Tuesday Tip - Feb 6th

Trivia - Do you know who said “If you think you can or think you can’t, you are right!”

Question - Does auto insurance cover someone who borrows your car and gets into an accident, even if they do not own a vehicle?

Answer - Insurance follows the car, not the driver. Your insurance covers anyone you give permission to driver your car - sister, neighbor, co-worker covered. You are NOT covered (rightly so) when your car is stolen and reported stolen. Then coverage is negated because a crime was committed. But your own car insurance follows the car, not you the person.
